Taking inspiration from renowned flower parades around the globe, our event seeks to showcase the rich beauty of Latin American traditions alongside diverse global cultures, further establishing Doral as a thriving cultural and tourism destination.

Doral, one of the 34 municipalities in Miami-Dade County, Florida, was founded in the 1950s by Doris and Alfred Kaskel. Today, this bustling city is a vibrant community of families and thriving businesses, continuously fostering growth and economic development opportunities.
Get Involved – Volunteer Opportunities
We warmly invite volunteers from local schools, churches, and community organizations to join our float preparation workshops. These sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for creative collaboration and teamwork, ensuring our community plays a central role in bringing the parade to life.
Crafting the Floats – A Collaborative Effort
The floral float designs will be developed in partnership with the talented members of the Inter-American Association of Designers, featuring an array of skilled creative professionals. Floats will be meticulously assembled onto aluminum flatbed platforms, powered by golf carts. Each float will be built from a combination of aluminum and wood structures, adorned with detailed art forms crafted from machined EPS foam, then expertly painted and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers.
