Taking inspiration from renowned flower parades around the globe\, our event seeks to showcase the rich beauty of Latin American traditions alongside diverse global cultures\, further establishing Doral as a thriving cultural and tourism destination. \n\n\n\nDiscover Doral \n\n\n\nDoral\, one of the 34 municipalities in Miami-Dade County\, Florida\, was founded in the 1950s by Doris and Alfred Kaskel. Today\, this bustling city is a vibrant community of families and thriving businesses\, continuously fostering growth and economic development opportunities. \n\n\n\nGet Involved – Volunteer Opportunities \n\n\n\nWe warmly invite volunteers from local schools\, churches\, and community organizations to join our float preparation workshops. These sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for creative collaboration and teamwork\, ensuring our community plays a central role in bringing the parade to life. \n\n\n\nCrafting the Floats – A Collaborative Effort \n\n\n\nThe floral float designs will be developed in partnership with the talented members of the Inter-American Association of Designers\, featuring an array of skilled creative professionals. Floats will be meticulously assembled onto aluminum flatbed platforms\, powered by golf carts.
