I am a former Venezuelan born individual; I say former, because the Venezuela that saw my birth, exists no longer… However, the Country formerly known as Venezuela gave me the appreciation for color, the intensity of light and the love for images that tell stories. Art gave me an approach to design, and through design I do art.
In regards to my work, I chose to name label it as visual, because, for it, I use various media to convey a message. Photography, drawing, painting are all merged to produce very energetic abstractions, that combine the organic, the figurative and the urban. They are intensely colored, sometimes oversaturated to add drama and passion to the image. My work has been published and recognized by the public, and it has been shown in Galleries in Wynwood, the UK and Venezuela.
